Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to payments you make to Wisflux Private Limited (CIN U74999RJ2017PTC057331) (“Wisflux”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including for products sold under Wisflux brands such as Emmple. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

A product's own terms of use also apply to that product. Where you have signed an agreement with Wisflux (such as a Master Services Agreement, statement of work or order form), its payment, refund and termination terms apply to that engagement. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

• —Paid access may be via subscriptions or one-time purchases.
• —We use third-party payment processors. Their terms may apply to your payment method.
• —Invoices and receipts display Wisflux's legal entity name and address. Line items may reference product branding for clarity.
• —Fees may be inclusive of taxes applicable to Wisflux in its local jurisdiction. You are responsible for any other applicable taxes, duties, or charges in your jurisdiction.

• —If you subscribe to a recurring plan, it renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• —If your payment method does not support recurring charges, you may need to renew manually.
• —We may change prices or plan features. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice for subscription price changes; renewals after the notice period will reflect updated prices unless you cancel before renewal.

You can cancel a subscription at any time, in your account settings where the product offers them, or by writing to contact@wisflux.com. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the current paid term.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal and cancellation follow the applicable store's policies.

• —All fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law once access begins or a deliverable is made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• —No refunds or credits are provided for partial periods or unused services.
• —If you purchased through a third-party app store, refunds may be governed by the store's terms.
• —Physical items, if any, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are not provided for physical items except where required by law.

• —If a charge fails and remains unpaid 7 days after we notify you, we may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment is received.
• —We may retry charges and require you to update your payment method to reactivate access.

Our products are digital services delivered electronically. Access to paid features is granted online after successful purchase; no physical shipping is required. If we offer physical items, they are shipped by standard carriers, with any delivery estimates given at checkout or by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products or applicable law. We will post updates here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide notice in-product or by email.
