AI Strategy & Consulting: Where should AI actually go first in your business?

Start with a free workflow review call: our founder, Chandraprakash Sharma, walks through one workflow with you and says plainly whether an agent can take it on. From there, a pilot on your real data shows whether it pays before you commit further.

A glowing blueprint table with diverging paths, one route lit as the chosen one
The problem

Recognize this?

01

Every vendor pitches AI

Plenty of tools promise to change the business, and none of them names the first workflow worth changing.

02

Tried it, can't roll it out

You or your team built a first version with ChatGPT or Claude. Making it run reliably for everyone is the hard part.

03

An AI tool nobody uses

Something was bought or built, and the team went back to the old way of working.

What we build

How we help you decide

Workflow review call

Our founder walks through one workflow with you and says plainly whether an agent can take it on, and if not, says that too. There is no charge for this call.

A short written scope

We agree what a correct outcome looks like and how we will measure it, in plain language, not a thick specification.

Agent pilot

One workflow, on real data, drafts first, with success criteria agreed before we start.

Proofs of concept on your documents

A working assistant or pipeline tested on your own documents, so the decision rests on evidence rather than a demo.

AI Activation Sprint

A diagnostic and a plan for AI that was bought or built but is not being used, or a rebuild of the parts that need it.

Models and running costs, up front

We benchmark models on cost and quality for each task and show you the expected running cost before you commit.

From our own back office

We run our own books on agents: every charge matched, and a person approves what leaves

Before we ask a client to trust agents with their operations, we trust them with ours. In Wisflux's own back office, agents collect every vendor invoice from three mailboxes and a dozen supplier portals, download our bank and card statements, reconcile every charge against an invoice, and match customer receipts to invoices.

Linking payments to their bills, an agent matched 24 where an exact-match script found 4. On the way, the agents found a double booking and two wrong ledger names, two duplicate customer payments in the books, and a purchase order that had never been invoiced.

Outgoing emails are created as drafts, and a person approves every one. When records disagree, the agent stops and asks.

Proofs of concept

Proofs of concept on the client's own documents

For an industrial trading company in the UAE, we built a question-answering assistant over a large set of oil-and-gas electrical specifications.

For a valve and instrument maker in Saudi Arabia, we built an AI pipeline that compares customer specifications with internal procedures and tracks comments across revisions, tested on the client's real documents.

Trust

Certified, and careful with your data.

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015, certified by TNV System Certification, valid to October 2028.
  • GDPR-ready practices.
  • Read-only access to your data first; write access only when it is earned.
  • Background checks for engineers, secrets in a vault, anonymized data outside production, and on-premises deployment where required.
  • You own everything: code in your repository from the first commit, running in your cloud or on your premises.
How we start

One workflow first. Real data, drafts first.

  1. 01

    Workflow review call

Our founder, Chandraprakash Sharma, walks through one workflow with you and says plainly whether an agent can take it on, and if not, says that too. There is no charge for this call.

  2. 02

    Agent pilot

One workflow, on your real data, drafts first, with success criteria agreed before we start. Your team compares the drafts with its own answers.

  3. 03

Roll out, one category at a time

We switch on the standard cases first and train the people who will use it. Hard cases stay with your team until it is confident, and every draft is still approved before it goes out.

We stay until it is used: a project ends when your team uses the system daily, not when it goes live. Every engagement is quoted to its scope.

You see the work as it happens: daily progress notes, a demo every sprint, and a work report behind every invoice showing where each hour went.

Other ways to work with us: a fixed-scope build with milestones, a dedicated team of named engineers, or run and support for systems we built or inherited.

Questions

AI Strategy & Consulting: common questions

Is the workflow review call really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the call. If an agent can take the workflow on, we say so; if not, we say that too. Every engagement after it is quoted to its scope.

What do you need from us?

One person who can decide and one expert who knows the work, read-only access to the data, and a set of real examples that show what correct looks like.

We've already tried ChatGPT or Claude for this. What do you add?

Many teams now try. The demo is easy; production is not: connecting your systems, measuring accuracy, keeping a person in the loop, handling the unusual cases and keeping it running. We build with the same AI tools, and we can teach your team as we go.

We bought an AI tool and nobody uses it. Can you help?

Yes. That is what our AI Activation Sprint is for: a diagnostic and a plan to make it land, or a rebuild of the parts that need it.

Who sees our data?

We are ISO 27001 certified. We start with read-only access, use read replicas instead of production credentials, keep secrets in a vault, and can keep sensitive data on private, open-weight models.

Are we locked in if it doesn't work out?

No. You own everything from the first commit: the code lives in your repository and runs in your cloud or on your premises. If we part ways, you keep everything.

Book the workflow review call.

Bring one workflow your team does by hand today. Tell us about one workflow. We'll walk through it with you and say plainly whether an agent can take it on — and if it can't, we'll say that too.
