Re-keying between systems
The same order, invoice or record is typed into two or three systems, and the copies drift apart.
We connect the systems your team copies between, from ERPs and SAP to banking rails, helpdesks and email, with pipelines built in n8n or custom code. Where a step needs judgment we add an agent, and a person on your team approves what goes out.

The same order, invoice or record is typed into two or three systems, and the copies drift apart.
Exports, copy-paste and spreadsheets hold the process together, and only one person knows how.
Each month someone pulls figures from several systems and reconciles them before anyone can decide.
Change capture from the systems you already run, so a new record flows on without anyone typing it again.
Data pulled from SAP, databases and spreadsheets into one place every night, cleaned and ready to use.
n8n where a flow should be easy to see and change; custom code where a step must be tested and versioned.
ACH, wires, check images, FX, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring, plus Stripe and Razorpay.
PLCs for torque and interlocks, gauges, part feeders and industrial cameras, linked to SAP.
Fetching, totals and filing are done by ordinary code. Models only read, match and draft.
Agents create drafts. A person on your team approves every email, message, filing and payment record. By default, nothing is sent, filed or paid by an agent alone.
When records disagree, the agent stops and asks a person. A silent guess is treated as a defect.
What was done, why, and what is still open. Each decision shows its confidence and reasoning.
No rip-and-replace. The agents work inside your existing inbox and systems, and your team keeps the tools it knows.

We run our own finance and admin on agents, under these same rules.
Global Innovations Bank is an FDIC-insured community bank. We passed its vendor due diligence first. Our engineers now work inside the bank's own team on its payments API (ACH, wires and check images, with sanctions screening and transaction monitoring).
The bank then referred us to G.I. Bill Pay, its sister business, which pays local bills in yen and won for US military families stationed in Japan and Korea. New Japanese rules meant every balance had to be exact to the yen. We built a ledgering platform alongside the system it already runs: one ledger for each of its US, Japan and Korea entities, with reconciliation, regulator reports and a full audit trail, validated line by line against the owner's own numbers.
“It is obvious both the number of hours you are putting into this effort, as well as the value being delivered. I am pleased with where we are headed.”

An industrial automation group in Mexico ran its leadership reporting on spreadsheets pulled from SAP by hand. We built one data platform that refreshes itself overnight, with dashboards for the board and forecasts for revenue, cash flow, expenses and supplier delays.
Every dashboard started as a short document of its KPIs and formulas. The client's team corrected it field by field, then we built it. The platform runs on the client's own servers, with the code in the client's repository from the first commit.
A previous supplier's implementation had failed, so the board wanted a fixed price and visible progress. It evaluated four suppliers and chose Wisflux, although we were not the cheapest.

Our founder, Chandraprakash Sharma, walks through one workflow with you and says plainly whether an agent can take it on, and if not, says that too. There is no charge for this call.
One workflow, on your real data, drafts first, with success criteria agreed before we start. Your team compares the drafts with its own answers.
We switch on the standard cases first and train the people who will use it. Hard cases stay with your team until it is confident, and every draft is still approved before it goes out.
We stay until it is used: a project ends when your team uses the system daily, not when it goes live. Every engagement is quoted to its scope.
You see the work as it happens: daily progress notes, a demo every sprint, and a work report behind every invoice showing where each hour went.
Other ways to work with us: a fixed-scope build with milestones, a dedicated team of named engineers, or run and support for systems we built or inherited.
The agents work inside the tools you already use: your ERP or SAP, banking and payment systems, helpdesk, email and spreadsheets. Nothing is replaced. We confirm the fit with your systems in a workflow review, before anything is built.
Both, chosen step by step. n8n suits flows your team should be able to see and adjust; custom code suits steps that must be tested and versioned. Either way, you own the code and the flows.
The pipeline stops and asks a person. A silent guess is treated as a defect, and every run records what was done and what is still open.
We are ISO 27001 certified. We start with read-only access, use read replicas instead of production credentials, keep secrets in a vault, and can keep sensitive data on private, open-weight models.
Many teams now try. The demo is easy; production is not: connecting your systems, measuring accuracy, keeping a person in the loop, handling the unusual cases and keeping it running. We build with the same AI tools, and we can teach your team as we go.
No. You own everything from the first commit: the code lives in your repository and runs in your cloud or on your premises. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Tell us which two systems your team copies between today. Tell us about one workflow. We'll walk through it with you and say plainly whether an agent can take it on — and if it can't, we'll say that too.
