Leadership

Chandraprakash (CP) Sharma

Founder & CEO

Chandraprakash (CP) Sharma founded Wisflux in 2017 and still leads it. He has been building autonomous systems since 2010. As a research engineer at ATR in Kyoto (2012–2016), he was architect and lead developer of UNR-PF, the open-source reference implementation of the OMG RoIS robotics standard. At Wisflux he built the team that delivers AI agents and production systems for customers in the US, UK, Japan and the Philippines, including Robert Bosch GmbH. His own engineering work centers on making agents dependable in production: run instrumentation, evaluating non-deterministic outputs, and failure analysis.

Kushi Jain

Director, Administration & Operations

Kushi Jain has been a director of Wisflux since it was incorporated in 2017. She runs administration, operations and people, the functions that keep delivery predictable as the team grows, and co-owns the management systems behind our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications. She came to Wisflux from sales and marketing, and holds a master's in sociology and a Bachelor of Education.
