A legacy system everything depends on
Specs, orders, invoices and payments all run on an old system that is hard to change and harder to replace.
We replace the parts that hold you back with software built around how your team works, one step at a time, and keep your existing systems as the source of truth where they still serve you. Then we add agents where the work is repetitive.

Specs, orders, invoices and payments all run on an old system that is hard to change and harder to replace.
Checklists are filled in by hand, and nothing checks them against the plan.
Leadership figures are pulled from several systems into spreadsheets by hand before every meeting.
A new platform that carries the whole process, built alongside the old system and switched over when your team is ready.
Station screens with the right parts, drawings and settings for each job, and checklists that fill themselves in.
Software that talks to SAP, databases and the machines on the line, so data stops being typed in twice.
One self-refreshing view of the business, with forecasts your board can act on.
We change one step at a time and run old and new side by side until your team trusts the new way.
Once the data is clean and connected, agents can read, match and draft on it, with a person approving what goes out.
Bosch Limited's Jaipur plant builds fuel-injection pumps on high-mix lines, where every changeover used to mean paper lists, binders and memory. Since 2021 we have built the digital layer these lines run on: station screens with the right parts and checklists, links to the machines, and camera-based AI checks.
Station screens show the SAP-synced bill of materials, part images, drawings and setting values for the current variant, and setup checklists fill themselves in. Industrial cameras with AI models catch a missing retaining pin or a missing or reversed washer, and a part mix-up at the drive-shaft station, before the pump moves on.
We started with a single station to prove the idea, then took it to the whole line and on to other lines. Paper and digital ran side by side, and paper went only when the team trusted the screens.

GS Associates sources FF&E and OS&E (furniture, fixtures, operating supplies and equipment) for four- and five-star hotels, resorts and restaurants. Its specs, bids, purchase orders, invoices, deposits and expediting all ran on a legacy system.
We built Kira, which replaced the legacy system and now carries the whole purchasing cycle: specifications, vendor bids, purchase orders, invoices and payments, expediting and milestones, with portals for clients, vendors and designers. A dedicated Wisflux team works as the firm's engineering department, and in 2026 we added agents on the same data.

Our founder, Chandraprakash Sharma, walks through one workflow with you and says plainly whether an agent can take it on, and if not, says that too. There is no charge for this call.
One workflow, on your real data, drafts first, with success criteria agreed before we start. Your team compares the drafts with its own answers.
We switch on the standard cases first and train the people who will use it. Hard cases stay with your team until it is confident, and every draft is still approved before it goes out.
We stay until it is used: a project ends when your team uses the system daily, not when it goes live. Every engagement is quoted to its scope.
You see the work as it happens: daily progress notes, a demo every sprint, and a work report behind every invoice showing where each hour went.
Other ways to work with us: a fixed-scope build with milestones, a dedicated team of named engineers, or run and support for systems we built or inherited.
No. We start with one station, team or process, run old and new side by side until your team trusts the new way, then move on.
Usually not. We bring your existing data to where the work happens and keep it as the truth, rather than creating a second system of record.
Yes. At Bosch's Jaipur plant our software runs on-premises inside the plant network with single sign-on, and has passed the group's IT security reviews.
We are ISO 27001 certified. We start with read-only access, use read replicas instead of production credentials, keep secrets in a vault, and can keep sensitive data on private, open-weight models.
No. You own everything from the first commit: the code lives in your repository and runs in your cloud or on your premises. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Tell us which system, form or spreadsheet you'd replace first. Tell us about one workflow. We'll walk through it with you and say plainly whether an agent can take it on — and if it can't, we'll say that too.
