Wisflux Private Limited (CIN U74999RJ2017PTC057331) ("Wisflux", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-centric automation and development lab, incorporated in India with its registered office at A-107, Shiksha Vihar, SKIT Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India. We design and operate AI agents, automation systems, and intelligent workflows for organisations in financial services, procurement, advertising, and compliance. Learn more about our AI services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to wisflux.com, our marketing materials, and the systems we build and operate for our clients, except where a separate agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Agreement) applies.

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a discovery call, or work with us, we collect information you submit directly — typically your name, work email, company, role, and the details of your enquiry or engagement.

Information collected automatically. When you visit wisflux.com we and our infrastructure providers collect standard log and analytics data — IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.

Client systems data.When we build or operate AI agents and workflows for a client, those systems may process data belonging to the client and its end users. In that context Wisflux acts as a data processor on the client's behalf; the client is the controller and their privacy notice governs end-user data.

We use information to:

• —deliver, support, and improve the engagements and systems we build;
• —operate, secure, and improve wisflux.com;
• —send relevant operational communications and, where you've opted in, occasional updates about our work;
• —meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the data inside our clients' systems to train general-purpose models.

We share information only with parties who help us run the business under appropriate confidentiality and data protection commitments — for example, cloud infrastructure, email, analytics, and model providers. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of Wisflux, our clients, or the public.

If Wisflux is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify affected parties as required.

Wisflux operates an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular reviews of our subprocessors. No system is perfectly secure, so we also work with our clients to design systems that fail safely.

We retain information only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, or to resolve disputes. Retention for client-system data is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to our Grievance Officer at grievances@wisflux.com. If your data sits inside a system Wisflux operates for a client, please contact that client directly — they are the controller of that data.

Our Grievance Officer answers questions and handles complaints about how we process personal data, in line with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We acknowledge every grievance within two business days and resolve it within one month of receipt. If you're not satisfied with our response, the DPDP Act, 2023 lets you take your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

Wisflux is headquartered in India and works with clients and providers globally. Information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal information across borders.

wisflux.com uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary storage (your cookie choices, and Cloudflare's own service cookies) is always on. With your consent, we also use:

• —Analytics: Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the site.
• —Functional: Microsoft Clarity, which records sessions and builds heatmaps so we can improve usability. Clarity also sets Microsoft (Bing) cookies.

Both load through Cloudflare Zaraz, and only after you opt in. We don't use advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: Manage cookie preferences.

Wisflux serves enterprises. Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
